BELTON ENGINEERING INC., was founded by Lina Chtay, in association with David N. Mojica, in 2011. They teamed up, and laid out a plan to generate and found this company, aimed at creating an effective standardized program instituted to help reduce cost in engineering and construction, by simplifying design, establishing better communication with clients, and dedicating more funds to training and acquiring new technology.
